Shipping Information:

Standard delivery process may take 2 to 4 days depending on the product availability and the region from which the order is placed. Delivery charges depends on the information provided by the customer at the time of order placement.

International Orders:

Charges for all International delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country and locality. To calculate shipping charges, you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (doesn’t include any taxes and duties).Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties and will be responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery. You will be provided with an order tracking code after order confirmation call from us, where you can keep track of your orders. If the item is unavailable by any chance even if you had placed an order for it already, the part of your order which is available will be shipped to you and when the rest of the items are available, they will be shipped to you after confirmation over the call or whatsapp.

Orders and Return Policy:

We have no return policy for the products purchased but an Exchange request can be made within 2 days from the day of order received. No return of exchange request will be entertained after that. Exchange request can be made if the product being received is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete. In this case, you can show us pictorial evidence and we shall try to fix the issue. To exchange the product, the defected item has to be returned against the new item at the time of receiving. Our return policy does not cater change of mind of the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation of the order, please contact us within 12 hours after order placement so we don’t process the delivery. In case of prepaid orders, please contact us within 12 hours after order placement, after that it can not be cancelled or refunded.
